Riding somewhere outside Hue we stopped to consult the map when a woman came over and gave me her baby - I felt like some politician at a photo op. The baby wasn't thrilled and I was a little uncomfortable but I won that woman's vote that day, and I didn't even have to hand out kisses or empty promises.
