Food Wonders Vietnam - French Baguettes

I don't know if it was just the lack of coffee and bread in China that made certain items so desirable but for whatever reason the second thing we cannot get enough of in Vietnam is the baguettes. Foreigners get overcharged for EVERYTHING in this country but even at the inflated price, crisp, warm loaves of bread go 15 for a buck from the street vendors found everywhere. A bargain at twice the price, or four time the price as the case may be. Is there much more I can tell you about bread.
